Equisupport Model for Public Sector Policymaking on Young People Not in Education, Employment, or Training

This doctoral dissertation by Heidi Paabort rethinks how we view NEET youth – young people not in employment, education or training. In addition to proposing a range of policy approaches, the dissertation also suggests we should use a more positive term that focuses on the pathways forward for this group in society.
